Somatic Experiencing Therapy®

What happens Somatic Experiencing® session?

Sessions are calm, supportive, and guided at your own pace. You remain fully clothed, seated, or lying down—whatever feels most comfortable. Together, we explore simple experiences, such as:

  • noticing subtle sensations in the body

  • becoming aware of breath or areas of tension

  • grounding through the senses

  • tracking small shifts that signal regulation

There is no pressure to revisit painful memories. Instead, we work gently with what is present in the body in the moment, allowing stress or “stuck” survival energy to slowly unwind.

Over time, SE helps strengthen your capacity to navigate stress, restore balance to the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, presence, and well-being.

This approach is supportive for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply wishing to understand their body’s responses on a deeper level.
