​LauLāʻau is offering a comprehensive 120-hour professional training to become a certified Foot Reflexology Massage (FRZ) Therapist. This program is designed for individuals seeking to develop advanced skills in Foot Reflexology Massage, deepen their understanding of the body, and integrate holistic healing into a professional practice or treat family and friends. Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, case studies, personal development and a final thesis project.

The training combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience including

  • Foot Reflexology Massage techniques — learn to treat all relevant reflex points and support major body systems, including digestive, respiratory, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, reproductive, and more.

  • Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology — understand how each system relates to the feet and overall health.

  • Special Applications — techniques to enhance the effects of Foot Reflexology Massage.

  • Self-Care Practices — tools to maintain your own well-being while supporting clients.

  • Personal Development — cultivate presence, mindfulness, and professional confidence.

  • Case Studies — integrate knowledge into practical scenarios to build experience and problem-solving skills.

  • Final Thesis Project — demonstrate mastery of skills and comprehensive understanding of Foot Reflexology Massage principles.

 

Prerequisite: 

Attendance of the Foot Reflexology Massage — Educational Experience (12 hours) workshop.

This training is ideal for massage therapists, bodyworkers, or anyone passionate about professional foot reflexology and holistic healing. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge, hands-on experience, and confidence to offer professional foot reflexology sessions in a variety of settings, supporting clients’ overall health and well-being.
