LEARN TO UNDERSTAND YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
In a small group setting, we will explore how our individual nervous systems works and how it responds to challenges, stress, and moments of dysregulation. The more we understand these reactions, the more we are able to cultivate resilience within our body.
We will practice somatic awareness, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and gentle sensory exploration. Additionally, we will learn about the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, as well as the role of the polyvagal nerve in shaping our sense of safety and regulation.
This class is designed to offer you a practical toolbox of exercises and insights to support and enhance your overall well-being in everyday life.
