LEARN TO UNDERSTAND YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
In a small group setting we will explore our nervous system. As more we understand its reaction to challenges, stress and dysregulation, we are able to bring resilience within our body
We will practice somatic aware-ness, breathing, mindfulness and exploring our senses. Additionally we will explore the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and learn about the polyvagal nerve.
This class is build to provide a toolbox with different exercises to enhance our wellbeing.
Focus of this training:

How to treat all relevant FRZ points and body systems (digestive, respiratory, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymph, reproduction, lymph etc.)

Anatomy, physiology and pathology related to each system and the feet

special applications to increase the effect of Foot Reflexology Massage

knowledge about self-care for oneself and clients
